Jigglypuff inflating a balloon using a Tuba.I decided to go with a side profile since I wanted to experiment with the perspective this time. Oh yeah,and she’s inflating a giant balloon from the bell cause why not.
Also this is a regular Bb Tuba,not a Subcontrabass Tuba. The Jigglypuff is just a very small Pokémon.
