July of 2009 caught me browsing through some old files, and I came across this one:

I always found myself both loving and hating it. On the one hand, it was a huge step forward as far as being able to use Adobe Photoshop + ImageReady to make things move... which meant I was finally able to play with color as well.

...but I hated how stiff the whole thing was.

...I knew I could do better.

So I opened Photoshop and began to focus on understanding the basic motions involved in exaggerated breathing. Of course, I used my 2D Jen character since I'd already had so much practice drawing her....

...and this is as far as I've gotten... but it was enough for me to know there is an understanding there. As with all my other ADD-WIPs: Can't wait till it's done... just gotta wait for it to talk to me again.... :/
