A pretty badass and scary version of the Devil from a show called "Argai - The Prophecy", which I used to watch on TV as a kid. The dark queen (the main villain of the show) often summoned him whenever she wanted advice from him. The show is still a nostalgic memory from my childhood and I just felt like drawing one of the characters from it.
