UPDATE 2:10/5/2018 Fixed an issue with the C2 and C3 version shaving grey sword texturing on certain moves. Redownload the file for the fixed versions! Thanks for pointing it out to me robhal
UPDATE:
As of 9/25/18 Capcom broke PMM again. If you're using the ~mods folder method and having issues with the mod loading properly you need to rename the PAK file to something else. I switched mine to falke-ivyC1.pak and it works fine. You just gotta play around with PAK names as it's finicky.
Let me know if you have any other issues.

Via request, here is Falke donning Ivy's outfit from Soul Calibur 4.
There are 15 colors for both the outfit and the sword.
Mod is in PAK format.
The download file includes costume files for the Default (C1), Story Mode (C2), and Battle Outfits (C3).

I grabbed the Ivy outfit from XNALara, but I do all of my modeling work in Blender. Texturing and such is done in Photoshop.
