color balance and selective color adjustment [don't know for sure if they're called that way in the english ps ]

it's a normal photoshop adjustment.
i do not use any photoshop-filters.

no no, i wasn't talking about a filter in photoshop, but one that you mount on your lense. lol. can you teach me how to do it?

well in essence you have to
darken the sky [and maybe the corners if you like to] bit by bit with different layers.
it's so simple.
