Occupation: The countries final line of defense

Tsuno lives in a world similar to this one but people here can use Kinetica (think magic.) Systems are put in place to prevent the misuse of these powers by limiting access to the knowledge and practice of it to only those in law enforcement, as a result, the general populace feel they have no need for Kinetica since they are protected by the law; therefore, there are only few who know of its limitless potential.

a bit about him:
tsuno was given the title 'the one' after winning the kingsfield tournament, a fighting tournament that happens once every 5 years, he was offered the title 'the one' in exchange for a promotion to be the country's strongest defender. It goes without saying that he is a kinetica master.
personality:
quiet and reserved, he's a little strange and awkward when it comes to blending in with the youth and looking all hip.
