i have my ORIGINAL picture here in PNG with the creation date EARLIER than this on when you look at file properties which i'm sure you didn't bother to look for.
my edited date is the SAME as the creation date just as yours was when you quite obviously took it as a screen shot to get it on here.
if you'd have looked before trying this on me, my creation date the 26th of september
and yours was created 3rd of october.

I saw that pic, and I know they're Archi and Meidy from his manga without him telling me, and he's been developing that manga from years ago, I read them
I wonder what the reason that made you do this to him

a PNG format and creation date earlier isn't enough to be a proof. You have the PSD with complete, unmerged layers, that's proof, or other raw files, that's proof. A false creation date could be made by toying around with BIOS settings or time settings inside the respective OS.
Shame on you, not only an authentic and copyrighted proof ~adipatijulian has, he also got many living witnesses that proves him to be unguilty, and he is unguilty at the first place.

Those characters are his creations, featured in his own comic series. Anyone can take a look around his gallery and find out that the whole gallery is filled with the twins, Archi and Meidy.

With all do respect, I am a former co-worker of the illustrator who made this drawing. I worked in a publishing company and I was his editor. And Julian has been working professionally as an illustrator for years. He and the company he works for own the copyright for these images.
I witness the time and effort Julian spent to make his illustration, since his comic won in a comic contest. If you say that Julian has no respect for originality and copy your picture, you better have solid proof. The company can sue you for making false accusation. This is a serious matter, I warn you.
I believe none of us want to prolong this matter, so I think you better take back what you said and cancel your report.

Excuse me, I don't quite get what you are saying. If you said that THIS picture is yours originally, please give the link to your original picture. But I'm sure you're mistaken. I'm this guy's workmate and I do believe that this picture is originally his, the characters is Archi and Meidi which also the tittle of the comic booh he made (there're 4 series up to now). This picture here is a pinup bonus for the 4th book. And of course he does have the copyright for this LEGALLY in Indonesia.

I made this for an index illustration on my fourth installment of my comic serial, entitled ARCHI&MEIDY. the first print is on December 2006, I made the entire image in the comic for very long time with every drop of blood and sweat I had... lady are you crazy?

~adipatijulian is a senior artist in indonesia and he already famous among us.
i think u are tried to make trouble with a totally wrong person. since we know him from the very well first beggining and we already know all his works, his seminars, exhibitons, etc.
it's 100% impossible that he stolen other's works, I MEAN IT!!!100% impossible
or maybe u did that coz u saw us came from third country?We here, are already proffesional, hi tech and civiled~

Actually, erm. That's wrong, because; It says that because the page is being visited on that day.
Plus, wasn't yours submitted to SA days before today? Because I know it was featured for a few hours, and I came across it days before the day it was even featured. So either way, if that date that IE showed was valid, BOTH of you guys would be wrong.
And DA's "submitted dates" aren't changeable, the dates that it has on there are, most likely is always the date the actual drawing is submitted.
It is also fact that what IE's properties say are wrong, because I can go into an art I had submitted in 2005 (and KNOW I submitted then), and have it still say today's date, because today is the day I last visited the page;

If you don't believe me, and really want to find out for yourself, then you can just dig into my gallery yourself to figure it out.
and If you truly did steal it, I say you just put this all behind you. Same goes to the guy if it's the other way around, and if he wants, he can remove it only if he was the one to steal it. You'll eventually be unbanned from wherever on SA. It's the owners (whether it is you or his) drawing no matter what who says, they can definetly come up with something better to make up for the picture.

that's because he developed this style long before. i know, because i' ve been working with him for about 2 and half year now. 
and i agree with you about that image props on the IE. the props generated as you visit the page not when you actually created it

I'm the guy's workmate and friend, I've known him for years, and God is my witness, he never stole any artwork. The artwork is truly his.
He is one of the top comic artists in Indonesia. This artwork is part of his series, Archi & Meidy, that has been published up to the fourth volume. It is published my Megindo
Julian is also an artist for the magazine Animonster along with
His resume is all fine and he never plagiarized anything.
It is incredibly stupid to know that someone accusing him of stealing an artwork! And it's lame to say that 'I experiment with styles' as an excuse to explain why the content of STACY's gallery doesn't resemble much in terms of style of the artwork; but the content of Julian's gallery does.
There are thousands of his readers that would recognize the artwork and the style as his.

I had people using my image on their site lots of time before, but I never mind or objected any of it, especially if they ask for permission first, I'm very honored...but this, I WAS ACCUSED of copy-ing one of my own image, can you imagine that?! that sucks I tell ya

I can assure you this image is originally mine, it's featured/printed on my fourth comic, "ARCHI&MEIDY" printed on dec 2006, then the comic was released on january 2007 in Indonesia, how could I copy something like that? I'd have to bes seriously mad
