Yeah, my handwriting is shit.

So, just thought there should be some background info for this character. She's with the Shinigami Research and Development Institute (herself being a prototype artificial Shinigami). While the name 'Iroka' means 'loveliness', there is some punning involved in her name, because the project that birthed her was called Ichidaime Rōdō Kara (roughly translated to 'First Generation Labor Shell'; please have mercy on me; my Japanese is shit too). Taking the first syllables of each word gives 'Irōka' (I don't think it means anything), which sounds like the word 'iroka', hence her name. Don't look for anything deep regarding her surname; I just thought Munemasa sounded cool.

The metal gauntlet on her left hand (her invention) is called 'Sengite' (Sentan Gijutsu Tebukuro; roughly translated to Advanced Tech Gauntlet). It has a lot of gizmos for field work sample collection (including replaceable test tubes). For all her smarts, she's quite ditzy, so people often underestimate her intelligence, to their sorrow. Looking at her zanpakutō, it lacks a cross guard (which is actually quite inefficient for a sword), but my guess is that she is more focused on kidō and maybe hakuda, so she doesn't need to use it in battle in its sealed state.

Details of her zanpakutō will be revealed... if I don't lose interest (which is a very possible probability).

Bleach, of course, is ⒸTite Kubo.
