Make sure you have a good balance while maintaining position.More Wii Fit Trainer, and this is the green female one doing the Tree pose, with the background showing it off as well. I really do have to thank one of the Smash Wikis for naming the poses for me. Coincidentally this looks much better and "fitting" because the background is green like WFT's outfit, and trees are green in a way. That was unintentional, but it works!
