a little story behind the picture:
"Angus could hardly believe the wonder he was about to witness.
It was perhaps only once in a little mousesΒ΄ lifetime,that he got to see the rebirth of sugarbutton flowers.
Once the pollen started to rise,the air above the field grew sweet like candy.
The night was very cold ...but he could feel the warmth of the flowers on his face..
And when the golden little freckles danced in the air higher and higher....,the whole night was filled with music,so beautiful....Angus thought he was lost in a dream.
It was nothing ordinary for anyone who appreciated beautiful things - like Angus did.And it was a sight he would cherish for the rest of his quiet little life

That is such a beautiful story and drawing.. this really is inspiring; your style is stunning, and you are very talented. You have an amazing imagination; and it shows! I love the line art on this, the concept is beautiful. Not only that, but your color choice is wonderful; its very soft; and it feels like a fairy tale! Your shading is to die for; its very unique and beautiful.. You really did a great job on The mushrooms, the mouses' pose and coloring, the background, and all the grass! The ladybugs are a great touch, too. Amazing work, you really are an awesome artist; and you are very inspiring; your work is fabulous!

Beautiful, bold, and crisp use of colours there. The motes of light floating up from the grass contrast the rest of the palette enough to pop but not enough to jar, and that mouse is so endearingly and humbly fixated I want to give him a big kiss.

Oh, that is so sweet. I love the mouse, he's so cute. Angus...what an adorable name. Buuut anyway, the story is so cute too, and I think that it goes well with the picture. The overall cuteness is overwhelming...in a good way...*slaps self* I'll stop rambling.

There is SO MUCH TO LOVE about this picture. I love the paper texture...there is just something so wonderful about that. And the mushrooms and ladybugs and Angus himself! So beautiful!
