It houses many of Thailand's defense officials and services, including offices and could be garrison if possible

The building is reinforced with brute concretes from outside and additional metal infrastructure and radiation/chemical shielding from inside. The building can withstand nuclear blast, undoubtedly.
It becomes one of the tallest building so far, in Mahnakorn.
