After the apparent discovery of bygone 'alien civilization' in Tau System and subsequent massive expedition conducted by the Earth government, UniEarth, they had since became deeply intertwined in the archeology and scavenging of the fallen Empire they would later coin (based on the archeological reverse engineering of the inscriptions and quantum-drive datas they found) as the Unovian Empire.

One of many fine craftmanship UniEarth expedition of Tau managed to scavenge from the Tau after its 10,000 years in solemn idleness, Suvalrna is the name given to the type of swords specifically used by the executioners of the long-gone Unovian Empire.

Under the harsh ruling of Unovian Empire, its lower population (who are not Unovians) were subjected to extreme cruelty and punishment even for the slightest of mistakes. Or simply by making themselves an eyesore to a Unovian. Or simply suddenly because a Unovian felt like someone deserve unreasonable death, just so because they wanted someone to die. Executions were carried out almost daily over the most minor infraction that not even the executioner themselves would care or blink about, tolling over ten thousands daily across the Tau System under Unovians' ruling.

As such, the swords were reserved entirely for 'lower people' who are not Unovian, because Unovians themselves are completely untouchable of all crimes for their status as 'gods' (not to mention they are also immortal) The process was carried out solely by the Warrior Caste of the Empire.

The blade was crafted from the finest and purest of Auria gold bind with composite materials, given it atomic-thin filament edged sharpness that was said to be able to cut between atoms, thereby disregarding physical strength of a material entirely under right angle. Such design was Unovians 'philosophy' that the lower people subjugated to their brutal rules must be such stupid to fail the Empire that they need the sharpest of blades to carve through their 'thick skulls' - To spit salt upon the wound of those already desperate tenfolds.

There are only a few thousands of Suvalrna swords in existence (with most of them belonged to retired executioners), due to Unovians preferring quality and uniqueness over mass production. Each of the swords are finely handcrafted by the Artisan Caste, going down to structural engineering and up to the smallest of facial gold ornament carving angle

While the sword itself was held in a notorious regards by the lower people of Unovian Empire who were extinct along with the Empire itself, UniEarth who have not yet experienced the sheer brutality of long-gone Empire could only marvel at its complete beauty of gold craftmanship, for how such swords showed the beauty and delicate craftmanship of the Unovians despite their almost-complete detachment of all moralities.

UniEarth Tau had denied its UniEarth Terra homeworld administration of any aroused suspicions of a few of the swords being 'personally confiscated' by high-ranking UniEarth officers stationed at Tau expedition, marking it as 'personal safekeeping'

Despite the obvious no-effort attempt at trying to personalize UniEarth's property, some officers got away with it (for a while) for UniEarth had more serious matters at hand to deal with than going after stolen ancient swords.
