Not that many colors to work with... yet the combinations still turned out great. The "indecision" part can only be attributed to the original name given by the author of this set.Every palette of this collection sports RGB and HEX colors for easy replication. If you have BGB or Gambatte as your emulators of choice, you can add this stuff easily.
