Welcome to yet another deep dive into the vast and rich Pokemon fanmade universe.
The subjects of this deviation are several ROM hacks based on Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald era (Game Boy Advance). They are often considered to be much harder than the originals, although the experience is slightly enhanced due to new moves, new locales, and of course... new fancy critters to catch. And there's a whole bunch of these ROM hacks made by Japanese Pokemon fans - Altair, Sirius and Vega, as well as currently-under-development Procyon and Deneb versions.
They catched my attention for one simple reason - concepts of new Evolutions that could work with official Pocket Monsters. Adnokana, Sandrill, Cheauking, Sphericoil, Blizentork, Pinchor, Ranconette, Carnivice, Folifarig, Auldsparce, etc.

Due to Procyon and Deneb versions still being untranslated, the conceptualized Pokemon's names are kept intact in Japanese. Although I went as far as to "localize" several Pokemon's names - primarily new Evolutions introduced exclusively in these ROM hacks.

Credit is given to Altair/Sirius/Vega Team (mainly for new Pokemon) and Dr. Akimbo (translated names).
