Open your Clip Studio Paint Pro or EX.
Open up a brush panel . Drag drop 16 brushes into any brush list
Note :
If Clip Studio Paint Pro or EX is started as Admin, then drag drop might not work in windows 10.
(known issue in CSPPro ) . Start it without admin , Then drag drop brush install should work.
Will be making some Snake scale brushes .
