Description
Roan feels a strange pull and emerges from the depths of the wood to find herself arrived upon the shoreline. The water gently crashes against the stones on the mudflats and gurgles as it recedes back into the ocean. She has never been to the shore but is surprised to feel oddly at ease as the salt air wisps through her fur and whirls through the leaves of her sugar maple, tickling her with a sense of adventure. As she walks down the reddish banks, her nature feature slowly disappears and strange things, pebbles, oddly dry vegetation and wood start calling to her. She takes a moment to observe a small, somewhat squareish and green piece of sea glass and a smooth, elongated stone. Roan shakes her head and quickly moves past, sparing them both a small glance from over her shoulder. She has not yet met a familiar face but holds her head up highly as she strides past the many esk who have gathered here. As she scans the beach once again, she is taken aback to be called yet again by an unfamiliar object. It is a vertical cylinder with an open top and flat bottom. It seems to still have a handle attached, although rusty. She identifies it as a bucket and flips it off the ground and onto her head, securing the handle under her snout. She hears a few others stifle a laugh but she doesn't care. She needs this bucket more than anything she has ever known. She is ready to set out and discover what else awaits her in this new biome.
