Alma and Lacey had been watching amber and jewel in the outdoor arena the mare swinging her head back to the foal when she had tried to nurse before taking off into a canter running and bucking laps around the arena stretching her legs as jewels let out a small whinny the foal cantering after her mother “well I guess amber is ready to get back to training I’m still surprised she waited five months before for weaning jewels” alma said laughing “I think amber surprised us all not only is she a good mom she almost threw a clone of herself save for the mane and tail” Lacey said with a grin
