作为10月的画，我原本的计划是绘制一幅跟猫猫相关的万圣节图，但中途有了其他的想法所以就改变了画图的内容。
As the October drawing, my original plan was to draw a cat-related Halloween picture, but midway through I had other ideas so I changed the drawing.

“铅笔画”是我在接触板绘以前所自学的绘画方式（你能够在我的图库里也能找到几幅纯粹用“铅笔”笔触绘制的图片）。距离上一次的铅笔绘图也有好些时日了，所以这一次的画我就打算单独使用“铅笔”来绘制了。
"Pencil drawing" is a way of drawing that I learnt on my own before I got into drawing on Pad （ you can find a few images in my gallery that are drawn purely with "pencil" strokes）. It's been a while since my last pencil drawing, so I decided to use "pencil" alone for this one.

刚开始，线稿这些的都很轻松，但从上色开始就让我头疼了，因为我很确信我的手在绘制线条时并没有抖动，可是在平板上绘制出来的线条总是曲线，这导致我反反复复的在绘制线条上下功夫，当把第一只猫的底色打好后就已经画了5万多笔了，更何况还有一只小猫和后面的背景。在绘画过程中我发现，我越来越不想碰这幅画，以及越来越感到反感，因此，我在后来还是使用了其他的绘画工具来绘图，也终于是在24号的上午将其结束掉了。
At first, the line drawing was easy, but from the colouring it gave me a headache, because I was pretty sure that my hand wasn't shaking when I drew the lines, but the lines that came out on the pad were always curved ( I think this problem may have a lot to do with my pen) , which led me to work on drawing the lines over and over again, and by the time the base colour of the first cat was done it was over 50,000 strokes into the drawing, not to mention a kitten and the background behind it. During the drawing process I realised that I increasingly didn't want to touch the painting, as well as feeling more and more disgusted by it, so I drew with other drawing tools later on, and also finally finished it off on the morning of the 24th.

我知道这幅图里有一些小毛病，但因为我在绘制时图层并没有分开，所以要修改的话就只片色块全部删掉，那又会是一个巨大的重构工程，所以我并没有选择重新去修改有些错误的地方。这次算是给自己提了一个醒，以后的铅笔画最好是用在单个的、无背景图的角色上，不然工程量大了后，会让我自己逐渐失去耐心。
I know there are a few glitches in this drawing, but since I didn't separate the layers when I drew it, to change it would be to just delete it all, which would be another huge reconstruction project, so I didn't choose to go back and fix some of the mistakes. It's a good reminder to myself that it's best to use pencil drawings of single, background-less characters in the future, or I'll gradually lose patience with myself after a big project.

“据说，一位老农夫在大雨倾盆的山间赶路时偶然间发现它—一只三色的玳瑁猫，不过这只猫足足有普通家猫的三四倍大小。当时老农夫发现这大猫的腹部隆起，似乎是怀孕了一段时间了，而现在这大猫晕倒在山间小路的泥泞中，哗啦啦的雨滴击打在这只巨大的大猫身上。老农夫觉得这生物也挺可怜的，便将被背在身后的大背篓取下，腾出空间，然后将这只大猫背回了家中。“
“It is said that an old farmer stumbled upon it - a tortoiseshell cat - while rushing along a mountain path in the pouring rain, but this cat was fully three or four times the size of an ordinary house cat. “在家里，老农夫简单的处理了大猫身上的淤泥，找了一块垫子将其安置好以后便急急忙忙下山去找村里的医生来帮忙了。没一会儿的功夫，几位村医跟着老农夫来到了房间内，一番检查后，虽然发现有几处大的剐蹭伤，但似乎对这大猫没有太大的影响，最主要的还是累的虚脱而已。不过这些医生在还检查发现这只大猫似乎离产期不远了，于是在开了一些能够助其回复活力和健康的药以后，便叮嘱老农夫一些猫类生物产仔的事宜，以及到时候给他们捎个消息，他们也好上山来帮忙。“
