It's been almost a year since I last finished a sculpture. I bet everyone forgot I did them! What with oven issues and the like I haven't really had the chance to do any sculpture work, but I've found that boiling works too, at least until I can get to an oven that doesn't hate Sculpey.

This is Traum the corgi, done as part of a trade. There are one or two issues with this (long forelegs for starters), but considering how long its been I'm overall very pleased! I would really love to do more of this. I especially enjoyed painting in all the detail on his face and watching him come to life.

Super Sculpey over a wire and foil armature, painted with acrylics and sealed with spray varnish.

Not so subtle plug: Yes, I do commissions for these! They start at $50 for a basic figure, price increases with complexity. Feel free to poke me if you're interested.
