This is so amazing. It reminds me of some of Klimt's studies. It's breathtaking.

there;s so much in that expression. it looks so real. i love painters that can depict expressions so perfectly... the way that you do that is sort of reminiscent of "girl with a pearl earring" by vermeer (irrelevant but it's one of my favourite paintings)

What a cutie. She looks like a little dancer just before going on stage. A little nervous, but frustrated. Maybe she doesn't want to dance anymore, she only does it because her parents want her to.
