Anxiety crashed into him like a runaway cart. His throat went dry and world began to tunnel as his eyes focused in on the ground. It was a long drop. Not quite long enough to kill him if he fell, but he’d break a few bones—that is if the jagged stone and crystal shards at the bottom didn’t skewer his body.
The hairs on the back of his neck rose to point while his heart pounded like army drums, but he took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. It was just a little height.

Reaching a large formation with a wide surface, he stopped and grasped onto his knees to keep from collapsing. His body wouldn’t stop trembling no matter how much he reassured himself that he made it across the canyon safely. He would never take being on the flat earth for granted ever again after this journey.
After a few slow, deep breaths his heart slowed and the world stopped spinning. He just had to remember to keep breathing. As his anxiety subsided, he straightened up and swung his arms around a few times to loosen his tense muscles. Each movement helped to empty his mind and eventually he forgot all about where he was standing or how high off the ground he had been and then… he danced. - Nieve

Crazy to think we're in November. Its even crazier to think how little I've painted but that's what happens when you are moving in full throttle to improve your life. In other news I'm down 65lbs! Dancing is great cardio!
