I've always found action shots to be hard to shoot, but it's amazing how the water can be flung in a perfect swirl like this. I also have to agree with the previous comments that it's crazy to have the hair fan out like that and for you to capture it with so much detail.

It amazes me that it was even possible for the model to create such a swirl of water, for lack of a better term; it appears to involve quite a large volume of water, probably just about the largest amount she could muster from her emergence, and yet every drop is precisely where one would want it to be, as though it were part of a delicate sculpture. That it could be so spectacular and that this could be captured at such a perfect moment, where the water forms such an intricate tapestry, is truly remarkable.
P.S. I am also curious as to how we are seeing such detail in the model's hair. I would have thought that it would all be in one mass if it were soaking wet, and that we would be unable to see individual strands of hair like this. I would be interested if there was something special done to enable this.

many thanks for the wonderful comment, about the hair, the photo has the usual adjustments, so i did nothing in particular to enhance the hair, i think that it got like that because of the the strength/velocity that she used to throw the water, and at that point she had almost no water on the hair as it had all been throw in the hair. (i hope that i have explained myself correctly
