General description:
"Short, hazelnut brown hair sits on a soft face, yet bearing an intense expression. His eyes bear the same color as his hair, set wearily within their sockets, watch vigorously over the ancient manuscripts they've poured over for so long, during the after hours.
The man wears a pair of gold-framed round spectacles, which obscure his eyes at times with the bright spectrum from the candlelight. The scholar would have been quite handsome if he had a much healthier lifestyle and brighter countenance. Alas, such trivial things pale in comparison to the materials laid before him on his study desk.

This is the face of Mordecai Ardanas Vanthis, an avid scholar of the esoteric, eldritch knowledge. While he stands unremarkably amongst his more lively and "colorful" adventuring companions, he makes it up with the power and affinity to the cosmic powers of his unknowable, unnamed Patron.

There's something bewildering about him, perhaps it's his awkward attitude and occasional narcissistic tendencies or perhaps it's something within due to his dealings with the powers beyond comprehension. But nonetheless, he proves useful to his companions with his abilities, albeit being a social burden at times, as well as sending a cold chill to the persons he's interacted.
