Ahhh, figures...any clue as to why there was the Hate/Love spilt before though? Now I've read most of the comics I'm still confused...

it's because he's a new character that IDW created and advertised for their series, which angered the g1 purists or whatever

ahhhh makes complete sense now!...I still don't get how the purists expect the series to actaully survive...if it doesn't yah know-change...not even straight out purists even there are some people around who just freak out about stuff completely.

I can imagine most of the purists are also angered that the Transformers no longer have Earth modes (since they're not on Earth anymore)

I'm watching S3 of G1 now and as much as I love some of these if they hadn't updated and changed them I'd never know about any of it-plus G1 has its good and bad, the bad being a mind boggling level of errors that make the whole story line a bit confusing when someone who's meant to be dead shows up-or theres four of the same guy...or their voices change mid episode...or colours ect.
