each (These guys are on sale here: )Original line art pups. The pups are a Papillon/Chihuahua mix (my sister has one, it's cute!), though you can change the breed to be whatever you think it looks like. I made the tails more fox like as they look kind of like fox kits to me xD.

I apologize, I don't have a written policy on returns I'll have to make one. I really don't want him back, I'm trying to get rid of these guys. I also don't want to deal with a lot of people doing this (if someone wants to return something that's more points than I have I'll be in trouble etc.). If you don't want him anymore you can offer him for trade (to anyone) that doesn't go against the no re-selling policy. I can give you another one that's about equal value if you think you'd use a different OC.

No, you can only gift it to someone or trade it, it's in the rules under the description.

The rules are in the description. If you don't agree with people's rules then don't buy adoptables. You can trade it for something other than adoptables but not a currency, that's reselling. Reselling isn't allowed as it can potentially allow people to purchase a design then resell it at a higher value ripping off the initial artist's work. Now, you may not do that, but regardless that rule stands to prevent it. That rule also helps identify thieves and helps avoid some of the confusion and finger pointing that goes around the adoptable community.
What to do with it? Either gift it to someone or trade it. You can just post free adoptable if you really want to get rid of it, or say free adoptable if they draw something for you(like fanart/existing OC etc.)/watch/comment or whatever. You don't have to trade for another adoptable. As long as it's not going for a currency it's within the rules. I don't do returns for good reason as I've explained. I'll only offer you a new adoptable of similar value. I'm sorry if you don't want that, but I'm not going to be un-selling my designs. If you aren't going to be using OCs and don't want to adhere to the artists' rules then just don't adopt is all I can say.

Then sell adoptables that you make yourself, enter contests, enter raffles, free point give always, do commissions, buy points etc.. However, no matter what you say you aren't going to be allowed to make money off my artwork, nor am I changing my policies. I'm sorry to say this, and I don't mean to sound rude at all, but you needing points is not my problem. There are lots of ways you can get points yourself without trying to take advantage of me or other artists. We have rules for a reason, please respect them, be mature and utilize your own resources to meet your needs. By purchasing you agreed to the rules and thus agreed not to resell. You said you have the same problem with other artists and you probably will again. Next time just don't adopt if you don't like rules and/or don't use the characters. That's all I can tell you.
