Description
The name is from the lower fractal having in the right hand bottom quarter what looked to me like figures dancing. So, we have the idea of dancing hearts -- apropos for February.

I was wanting to enter this in the Smashing Magazine monthly "contest", but ran out of time. The image was created with Gimp and Apophysis. This is the first in what I hope will be a calendar a month.
