Well... Its been a while since I last uploaded anything. School is keeping me plenty busy lately. As the semester ends, I'm still working on a Sculpey project, and some tabmaille (chainmaille made out of poptabs
) that I've yet to finish. I've taken a break from those though because lately I've had this urge to draw...This is what was produced from that urge. To the left is Roland, a main character I created for a RP pretty recently, and to the right is his mother, Emily. Its sort of set in the medieval era, so that's why his mom looks so... young.
Not the greatest, but hey, I'm trying to work on my own style, and I'm happy with it.
Roland's jaw is a little long, but I figured out hair I like for him. Emily's fishtail braid was also fun to draw too. Emily's eyes look a little messed up, and were supposed to... They are unfocused because she's blind. I liked drawing their noses too. xD In addition, I tried playing around with shading, and I like how it turned out as well.So... yup. I'll probably draw Roland again here soon... If I don't get distracted with other things... lol
