For my first art-piece of 2019, I have a question. Who's that guy who looks like The Cheat? Detective Cheat!I have yet to play the Detective Pikachu copy I got for Christmas, but this is a concept I loved so much, that I'd thought The Cheat would be the perfect other yellow character to be in a parody like this. Given both of their comparisons.
