Some fossils I found on my trip. The white ones are ancient mussels from the late Mionece, called Congeria, though we call tem Goats Nails due to the shape of the remains. That pebble contains Foraminifera, but they are much older, from the Eocene. However, the rock which contains them was broken down and smoothed over by the sea/lake the Congeria lived in. (called the Pannonian Sea)Hungary, 2024.04.28.
