After several weeks learning how to model with 3DSMax 2010 I had to model any car of my choice for an assignment last semester.I'd render a few more views, a wireframe and get you a poly count although the polycount of those tyres is crazy but I don't mind that because it's pretty accurate while remaining decent topology. There is a video of the turnaround somewhere.
The chassis could do with some work and the shader but nevermind.
It was fun, never thought I'd enjoy it so much.

Excellent... all Meraks had a bonnet grille, but it's still a great piece.
You have no idea how much I want a 1976 or newer Merak with the Bora dash and steering wheel, preferably gold or brown with tan leather, black carpet and black Alcantara interior trim...

Looks like a 2,000cc US model. The bonnet on a Euro one should be fluted by a satin black grill between the headlights, the over-riders are set to far back and should follow the profile of the bonnet, there should be a Trident between and in line with them. Great job with the colour and the wheels though well worth the extra effort, Campagnolo's cost an arm and a leg to replace in the real world, simple setting stages vthe quality of the image perfectly! Well done that Man!

This looks WAY better than last time I saw it. It looks amazing! The watermark is definitely worth putting on there.
