just another layer nothing too special of course this is when it started getting heavy

with hard flat cardboard sheets I attached and the at the back and laid them on the wood, all while using duct tape to seal it up, it's not shown here but for the box part near the handle all you need are two flat sheets of balsa wood, I left a little of the wood core exposed so that they can lay flat

agreed it looks a little more like a sword now but I didn't like it, it wasn't like anymore lol
