Started in April, finished in May for my mom's birthday and posted this month for your viewing pleasure!A big fave of my mom's in terms of music, Roy is always one of those artists that needs to get me in the right mood. When that mood hits, however, maaaan I love the music. One of the major exceptions is the song shown here. Pretty Woman is just one of those perfect songs that I can listen to every day.
So here's Roy in his 60's prime standing tall as he usually did performing.
Something has to be said for minimalism like his performance quirks. 
Roy Orbison and his songs belong to their respective owners. The artwork belongs to me.

Your Mother & I seem to have a common favorite male vocalist. I absolutely LOVE this! Oh Pretty Woman, Only The Lonely, Dream Baby, Blue Bayou....I look at this pic and I even hear the stuff he did with the Traveling Wilburys!

There's also his appearance on The Pink Lady and Jeff show, but that wasn't exactly a career highlight. I think seeing him perform with the other Sun Records performers was a better showcase.

Great tribute to Roy! It's my father's favorite artist so I've listened a lot of his song trough my childhood and teenage years. "Pretty Woman" is a timeless composition.

I remember when you started this in one of your streams. Great to see it finished. Roy Orbison was awesome. He's one of my all time favorites. Such a shame he went before his time. I often wonder how much more music he would have given us over the years since then had he lived on. Great work on his likeness. He looks great in your style and just as cool and classy as ever. Obviously singing Pretty Woman here. As the others stated, love the shadow. The perspective of the rest of the scene is a pleasing to the eye dynamic as well. Well done my friend.

Indeed, I enjoy the Van Halen cover as well, though the original takes the cake for me!
