That's a much better story than the one Lucas told with in his prequels!
One of my roommates coined the term failogy, since we disassociate them with the Trilogy. He had thirty years and that was the best he could come up with??

Yeah, the new trilogy wasn't very good. Phantom Menace was childish, Attack of the Clones was mushy, only Revenge of the Sith was more or less good.

If you have the newer three, I suggest purchasing the Rifftrax for each of them. If you're familiar with Mystery Science Theater 3000 [MST3K] these are the same guys (they essentially make fun of bad movies).
Rifftrax are audio commentaries that you sync with the movie, which make fun of the movie the whole way through. [link] Some of their jokes are a bit gratuitous, but they're funny, overall.
They actually make some VERY good points about the movies. For example: Padme went from kick-ass senator to whimpering lap dog in one movie.

She meant she never slept with a man (or at least not quite a while before Ani was born), so she doesn't know how the boy had been conceived. Apparently she didn't know that the midichlorians are capable of conceiving life with a father giving sperm.
