Just my take on the Scarlet Speedster- main changes that I'd really bring to the suit would be flattening the wings like Captain America (having them just be stitched on/painted on) and matching the boots with the gloves; they always looks weird and stuck out to me like Green Lantern's white gloves...

Anyway, I hope the movie suit or whatever next incarnation of the character's suit looks like a cross between the New 52 and Ken Lashley's 'Ultimate Flash' redesign from a few years back.
