Behold! My personality

Your level of Openness reflects your willingness to embrace new and unusual experiences. People with high levels of openness are imaginative and creative, intellectually curious, and comfortable with variety and change. But they can also tend towards individualistic behaviour and impractical thinking. People with low levels of openness draw strength from tradition and familiarity. They consider themselves down to earth and prefer clear, straightforward direction to abstract or theoretical thinking.

Conscientiousness is about how we control and act on our impulses. People who display high levels of conscientiousness are good at thinking through their actions before acting on an impulse. This allows them to avoid unnecessary stress or trouble, but can also lead to workaholic and perfectionist extremes. Likewise, acting immediately on impulse can be both effective and fun in the right environment, but taken to the extreme can produce immediate personal rewards but undesirable long term consequences for yourself and others.

Your level of Extraversion reflects how energetically you engage with the outside world. It’s a good measure of the extent to which you experience positive emotions from social situations and activities. Of course, if you have low levels of this trait and are naturally introverted, it doesn't mean that you're a negative person. But you are likely to be more reserved than other people, enjoy time alone and value maintaining strong relationships with a few close friends.

Your level of Agreeableness indicates how concerned you are with the happiness of social groups. Agreeable people value getting along with others, so tend to be more considerate, friendly, and willing to compromise their interests for the benefit of the group around them. As a result they tend to be very popular. But they can lack the skepticism and resolve of people with low levels of agreeableness, who are better able to make those tough decisions which cannot please everyone.

A person’s level of neuroticism shows their tendency to experience negative feelings. People with high levels of neuroticism are emotionally reactive and prone to react intensely to events with feelings that linger for some time. This can affect their ability to think clearly or cope with change and stress. People with low levels of neuroticism come across as calm, emotionally stable and are less easily upset, though this does not necessarily mean that they experience a higher level of positive feeling.
