Commonly deemed by fellow caravaners as the next 97 successor, Rael regards his foster father highly, who is also happened to be the Captain of legendary Caravan 97. He is often renowned for abiding loyalty to Colony's cause as the only beacon to rebuild mankind back in post-apocalypse hell.

This problematic yet genius detail-oriented mechanist proves to be a quite strong wave in an already swirling hurricane by Nova and Vidia as new 97s, often regarding the Wulfas twins as inferior bunch and part of barbaric primitive tribe that deserve to be under Colony's footstep so mankind can be cleansed once more.
