I love your manifest, the claim is perfect, the use of colours is very appropriate,Personally I'd get rid of the image ..for me the bare text is enough, it says everything.

I love the layout of this, the texture, and the person climbing, almost near the top (obviously determined, and near success) that one could miss if one only focused on the words... Which is also interesting; focusing on the problem misses the solution, after all.
