Ever since I got some... unfortunate, family related news a month and 1/2 ago, my hand started twitching, disrupting my ability to do anything with my hand, at first it was rare and not frenetic but...
Recently I got more unfortunate news and recent worries (and finals dawning on me) my maraca impersonation problem just got worse, this drawing is a summary of yesterday and this weren't the only cases, happening at least twice more in school...

I don't know why it happens, Google does not help saying "something something you'll die". I could may be stress related but I dunno how to fix it, since taking a day off is not possible........ help?
