If we screw with his communications system he won't have anyone. If I can figure out a way to send his higher ups messages that they are convinced came from the Emperor then we can take back control. It has to be things he would make them do though. We could get them out of the way so we can unbrainwash all the zombies. The brainwashed soldiers are honestly the biggest problem so freeing them should be the main priority.
