The hair looks so sleek and beautiful, I just want to run my hands through it. =^^= The hands are also awesome! The only thing I can see about this image to criticize is that the proportions are a tiny bit off, like the hands are just a little too big, or the eyes are just a little too small.
But I like that you have your own style, and it's a very nice style as well!

Wow that's such a good drawing! Nuriko was my favorite character too. I have heard rumors that she died but when I was reading the manga and it actually happened. I just looked down and kept saying to myself Nuriko died! And that was all I could say for the rest of the day. Ya my friends comforted me but it wasn't gonna bring her back to life now was it!
