Description

I wanted to make a "god form" of Kazuha but drawing him in his human form + designing some god-like clothes would take me ages. I opted to design him a crow form instead, since most gods/god-like beings in Teyvat seem to have an animal/creature form, and I was inspired by Vennessa. He's a white carrion crow here, with some maple-leaves/maple-leaf-like markings on him. I thought a crow was an appropriate choice for him since he's mentioned to often hang out in the Alcor's crow's nest and according to Google, crows can be seen as a symbol of rebirth & rejuvenation after a tragedy. And well, Kazuha has certainly faced a number of tragedies in his life.

Carrion crows live in Japan and they're usually solitary or found in pairs, but occasionally they form flocks. I thought this was fitting for Kazuha since he seeks out new connections yet in my opinion he seems somewhat closed off emotionally from other people, as in he doesn't really open up too much. (His story quest is called a "A Strange and Friendless Road", and he keeps saying stuff like "I'm fine, I'm past it, It's no use thinking about the past" though in 2.8 he was clearly affected by his experiences.) He mostly travels alone even if he meets new people and makes new friends along the way.
