Sometimes the best path to follow is one that is made of stars.A lone wolf searches for his way home through the night and becomes one with the path he follows. This was one of the most rewarding illustrations to work on. My goal was to create a wolf made of galaxies/constellations but at the same time, make sure he was connected to the earth. Is he waking on the land, or in the sky?
Original painting is for sale for $175. Please note me if you are interested. Mediums used: watercolors, water for water splotches, acrylic paints, and prisimacolor pencils.

Β Mine look different to yours, as they're not entirely made of nebulas/galaxies etc. Their bodies are made of flesh and blood, but they have dust clouds (more commonly known as galaxies/nebulas) covalently bonded to their bodies. And it moves, too.
Β Anyhow, I love your idea of a fully converted wolf, and watercolour really captures it well, don't you think? I use watercolour too.
