Enjoy the phenomenal view over Coreign with its fantastic sunset and starry sky.As promised, here's the 'classic' late day/evening shot of the wondefull city Coreign. Somewhat futuristic with gigantic population but with a lot of vegetation and natural wonders on the other side, mankind has found a good balance with mother nature. A little different, not the stereotypical high technology view in the future where you can see nothing besides glass, metal and other manmade structures as long as the eye reaches.

awesome as usual
but im still having som eissues with those reflections, unless you mean for them too (and please correct me if im wrong)
but on the left side there, most of the reflections simply look like you took the mountaints behind the building, and overlayed them, same with city lights on the right
the only reflection that looks more natural is the one to the far left of the rogue cloud, because it seems to be original, and not elsewhere in the pic, (or at least enlarged and moved such that it doesnt look like transparency

I hate to say this, but this just doesn't do that day shot full justice.
Maybe it's because sunset shots are generally harder to do, but the city doesn't look as...real as it did during the day.
Don't get me wrong though, this is stil lovely, and sunsets do generally have that 'dying down' effect in real life. It's just this place looks worse now somehow. Maybe I'm just comparing it too much to the first lighting though.
What could fix it? Wish I knew, maybe not having the sunset and trying to piece together how it looks from plain dark starry night to the daylight shot?

Thank you a lot for your honest input, i really appreciate that! I'm already working on another shot for the FIlm, more of a late afternoon/evening thing without that strong sunlight etc. I'll think about a real dark, night shot. Thank you!

sorry about this but could you please show me how you do realistic cloud and water effects as i cant seem to get it right on photoshop

Cloud and Water are hard to paint for me as well. For this piece, i used a lot of Photomanipulation with some additional Detail painted in. I can't really help you there because i don't have a good technique. Try looking through the tutorials here at DA or do a google search, there are a lot of good Tutorials on that subject matter.
