I'm ALIVE. After 3-4 months of not posting.. there's.. something. Oh snap. full view this thing.This isn't much, just trying to establish a more realistic/solid painting style with my BRAND NEW TABLET...
Done in OpenCanvas 1.1..

How I would kill to be able to do poses as well as you. You managed to capture Shadow's expression rather well, reflects what -I believe to be- his gun "fetish". As for Mephiles, really like how you did on his spikes. The muzzle shading on both hedgies, boy do I need to practice to get as good as that. All in all I love the detail, even if this is just practice. And is it me or did you start to have fun with Mephiles' colors near the edges such as the base?

Poses are a difficult thing to actually get comfortable with if you have a good concept of anatomy. I know for a fact Shadow's pose took me several attempts, particularly with the leg behind - I recommend practicing a whole lot on paper when it comes to poses, by just doodling some stick figures and trying to draw the character detail into the skeleton. 
I did have fun with Mephiles edge colors, they were just a small final touch here. Thanks muchly for the nice comment!
