If I may, I want to give a constructive critique
I like your color scheme and use of light, it's really good. Also, I like the fact that you avoid using black outlines at most, it gives the painting a fresher look. The details in the background are stunning and the sense of depth is well done.
Other than that, I feel that the anatomy could use more work. The hand looks a bit chubby and the elbow seems a little out of place. I don't think the anime/cartoony style should make up for this.

Hope this helps a little with your improving, and forgive my english it's not my native language ^^'
