Try to gather training bags until you get a blank. Tip: when they make happyfaces you'll gather training bags a lot faster by punching the normal grey bag. (Team Flare bags also get them into the state)

You can make them punch the blank to reset their EV values to zero and start training them 'cleanly'.

No problem. Also I heard that there's a blend of berries you can mix into a juice that resets EVs as well, but I've yet to confirm that and figure out the exact mix needed

Wild berries regrow after one week, they have pretty high yields, and using Twister and similar moves in battles where there's a berry tree in the background shakes'em loose~ There's a lot of info on Serebii.net already.

Huh, didn't know that O: I'm pretty lazy on the reading side of things and mostly learn by doing |D I'll have to read up on these berry things though, they seem really helpful. Thanks!
