so i have this picture in my gallery way back called link's darkness. drew it years and years ago. it has more pageviews than i do. and needless to say many more than any of my other work, even my best work. frankly im jealous of it. so i thought i needed to update my dark link picture to this. it isnt my best job but its better than my last dark link pic imo. thanks for viewing!Related content

its not talent that attracts people, but the visual impact of the picture.
frankly,the lighting on your other picture gave it more visual impact, so despite this being a really great pic, i still like the other one better

Indeed it's better than the other one. You did a nice job on the pose too. His left hand (hand holding the sword) looks kinda odd though. (hands are difficult I know

Don' get me wrong, the glowyness is cool. But perhaps it might be slightly mare realistic, and darker in theme, if ye removed the trails.
And perhaps changed the glowy colour to a darker red, rather than something remeniscent of the status light of your Samsung
