Pre History:
Hodari was born to a lioness in a small coalition near Vizeses Falls. Hodari had a regular life with frequent visits from his rogue Father with the lead male of his Mother's coalition not seeming to mind. Hodari loved his Mother and she enjoyed his constant companionshp and affection. Frequent grooming sessions were a must between him and His mother, giving constant comfort. Soon though his Mother became concerned when Hodari's Father stop coming around for a long time. Fearing the worst she set out to find Hodari's Father with young Hodari in tow. What he and Hodari found was shocking to say the least. Hodari had half siblings and his Father had a whole other family. His Mother was crushed but Hodari saw only siblings and more family!
Though he Mother refused to see Hodari's Father anymore, Hodari wanted to know everything about his siblings. Hodari was alone, being the only cub in his litter and yearned for others to be with his own age and his half siblings were. He didn't know how to approach them, they seemed to move all over with their Mother unlike him and his own. Hodari needed to know atleast one of them! Finally he got his chance, the female cub managed to wandered off on her own for a bit and Hodari took his chance. They bonded well and he learned her name, Sauda. He loved her instantly and spent the rest of the day with her till Hodari's Father found them.
It didn't take long for Hodari's Father to have to explain himself to everyone but Hodari didn't care. He had Sauda and that was what he had wanted all along. Soon though Sauda and her Mother moved away from his home with his Mother and it was a long time before he ever saw her again. Hodari was almost grown, an odd mane sprouting mainly from his chest when he caught sight of Sauda again. Her and Her Mother now lived with a pride called Mwanzo and no longer did she call herself Sauda, she was now Saud. To his surprise she was also no longer his sister but his brother. Regardless Hodari loved Saud and his presence in Mwanzo keeps the rogue Hodari circling Mwanzo territory.
