Draghi is a shrewd negotiator!

But yeah, what I basically wanted to show here is, that Draghi perceives himself as being the dominant figure. If he decides he will do something, you can't really force him to do otherwise. So Jon has to always resort to other methods to determine Draghi to do what is necessary ( since he can't impose his own will on him ). These range from common sense ( if negative past experiences can be reminded of ) or outright bribery ( as seen here ) and sometimes even trickery.

Care must be taken though, that while Draghi might have a bit of ADD going on, his memory is actually VERY good when concerning things he likes! So you can't just promise something then not follow through with it.
