Description
A work done for a friend, he played a "blue vegeta" themed army on his last Warhammer battle competition so I pimped this back from childhood.
I had a lot of work on this one since I only dirty shots from online vendors as a template.
The original was much more crappy but since it was destined to be printed it didn't matter.
